Duty Officer Recruitment Cooldown

I was hoping someone could answer this question: What is the cooldown time for the recruitment assignments obtained at the academy?

    Doff missions from the personnel officer are 96 hrs. Andorian, Vulcan & Tellarite doff missions are 1 day cooldown I believe. Same cooldowns down the Klingons also.

    Think he meant how often he can do those.Believe once a week(that's how often I do them anyways).:P

    Yea that seems about right. I usually find myself in between those hunting the galaxy for any recruitment/exchange program i can find, just to fill the time in between.
