Esc key and main menu

For some odd reason my ESC key will no longer bring up the main menu. I tried the /unbind_all to load cryptic defaults but it still does not work. Does anyone know how to get this function back?

    Not having this issue, so I have no workarounds. Maybe actually check the key mapping in the options section?
