Dilitium Store Discount Project

Does anyone knows if Dilitium Store Discount Project gives discount in StarBase Stores as well as mini-map dilitium store? Thank you for info.

    From what I heard, the only thing it doesn't work on is doing Reputation projects. Items from the Reputation Store through the Store unlocks should have the discount applied.
