What's the average wait time for billing support?

I think I'm going to be charged twice for a subscription since I changed the card I wanted it on, and noticed that in one account, the amount was charged for the fourth even though it shouldn't have been charged until the seventh. Anyways, I just want to know how quickly this kind of problem usually gets resolved.

Oh, I should add that the reason I think I'm gonna be charged twice is that I never did receive the stipend after my account was charged, and nothing really has changed. But if I look at my account on the website, it claims that my next billing date is July 7th.

Even better, is there a number to call? I can't seem to find one.

For what I seen, the first response is ussually within 48 hrs. I never had problems money wise, so the response might be quicker or not. But I know they will refund if the account get charge twice.

They seem to be trying to phase out stipends by saying that people have already received them, when they haven't. They tend to send an automated generic message a week after you send a ticket, if you reply to that in any way they won't respond.

You'd be better off getting blood from a stone.

I submitted a ticket early June (within the first week) about a problem. Several messages were exchanged (most of which seemed to be automated). I did however have a personal message this past week in which the issue was resolved, so... it took a month, but all sorted in the end.

We all know they can be slow, but to date I've never had a ticket that hasn't been answered one way or the other. I think it's just a matter of time. You've got to remember, there were quite a few bugs with LoR, and with Neverwinter having just been released, their ticket submissions are bound to have increased.

I'd recommend you update your ticket yourself after 10 working days. Then wait another week? They'll get too it. :)

Well, the billing support concretely usually takes up to 4 or 5 days to respond at most, dependent on the amount of tickets they have to resolve. From my personal experience - the longest duration untill I got a response was 5 days, usually 3 to 4 days.
