I can't trade with KDF aligned Romulans if I'm a Fed Rom.
I can't trade with a Fed/Fed player because they can't use my Roms
This archaic system needs to be put on the stake and burnt to the ground. Give BOFFs kits for ground please, or at the very minimum put the abilities on the NPC trainers as have been requested for bloody ages now.
