Shield Absorptive Frequency Generator tooltip?

Why doesn't this console add to a weapons tooltip? Other consoles and passives do, such as Plasmonic Leech and the various rep bonuses that affect weapons-so why not this one? Devs, I know its a small, simple thing, but add it in, please.
