Lifers Free Ship?

I remember reading somewhere that Lifers would get free access to one C-Store ship. Is that the case, is it restricted in some way?

I bought the Legacy pack, does that affect whether Lifers get the free ship?

Anyone able to point me in the direction of any information about it? :)

    It's one T5 ship from a list. I think it's Defiant, Intrepid and Galaxy refit for the Feds, Marauder, Kar'Fi, B'rel retrofit and possibly the Varanus for the KDF and the T'varo, Dhelan, Mogai and D'deridex retrofits for the Romulans. Could be that a few things have changed for Feds or KDF, it's been a while since I made use of the token for those.
    FKA K-Tar, grumpy Klingon/El-Aurian hybrid. Now assimilated by PWE.

    If you have both lifetime and the legacy pack you technically don't use your VA token as all the rom VA ships are free under the legacy pack. It'd be interesting to see if future ships, like that long awaited Romulan Science Ship will have retrofits that qualify. Honestly the VA tokens need to be eligible for a lot more ships in all factions.

    Fed side, the Excelsior Retro, MVAE, GalX, D'Kyr, Atrox, Armitage, and the Regent. All the T5 zen ships that aren't fleet level with only nine consoles should qualify.

    KDF should have the choice of the Guramba as well, since all their T5 ships except the Borts are available for free if you have the veteran token.

    I would have hoped that they were more wide ranging... So far I can't see evidence I can acquire any other ship on any token, but will take another look.

    I hoped the Dreadnoughts released today might have been included... :cool:

    Go to the c-store and look for 2000 zen ships. Those are the ones you can buy with the lifetime voucher.

    Since LTS unlocks all veteran rewards, you get these ones related to starships:

    3 free starship slots (200, 500, 1,000 day rewards)
    The Captain's Yacht (400 day reward) - claimed at the C-Store
    1 VA Ship token (600 day reward)
    Veteran starship material (900 day reward) - for ship tailor
    1 free veteran ship - Chimera (Fed), Peghqu? (KDF), Romulan TBD - claimed at the C-Store

    The Legacy Pack has no relation to the veteran rewards, so lifers don't get anything special from it.

    I'm personally hoping the 10000-day ship will be released for Romulans soon, so Lifers can have another ship option.

    The Scimitar already has the Boff layout from the 1000-day ship. Not sure how I feel about that. Kind of happy that I have a ship with that layout on my Romulan, kind of irritated that I have to buy it instead of having it on a ship I'm already entitled to. Not to mention it sort of devalues the existing Vet ships since their unique and exceptional Boff layout was all that really made them special.

    I appreciate the information, but I wasn't under the impression it was tied into the Legacy Pack, but rather had to be a benefit that wouldn't penalize those who had bought the Legacy Pack. (Not sure if that makes sense :D )
