Where/When are the Risa Fireworks?

Been in many instances at sundown and for 30mins afterwards. Never see any fireworks. Do they happen at sundown at the resort? Or some other time or location? :confused:
Sometimes I think I play STO just to have something to complain about on the forums.

    Yeah, I can't figure it out either. I think they're a myth...:P

    I've seen them twice, they do happen.

    They are by the board walk near the event coordinator usually at nightfall, you can't miss it because all the NPCs are pointing and cheering, not to mention the fireworks sounds and visuals.

    Yeah, I saw them. At first I thought someone had let them off, like they do in sector space. :rolleyes:

    I got the accolade when i was flying by the transporter pads...although I didn't actually see any fireworks. I think they were behind me.

    Where? In the sky above the ocean directly in front of the resort. I was in the middle of the Dance Party while I watched the fireworks and received the accolade. When? I believe it was shortly after nightfall, after dusk.

    I got the accolade while playing Dabo to get the 1k or so GPL i needed for some new shades. Never saw tham at all since then and didnt see them then either.

    I got the accolade whilst boogieing away at midnight.. Just look out to sea when you hear them

    now on my 6th full night waiting for the bloody fireworks.... any help it is bugged?

    I find that certain zones are bugged for this. If you don't see a ton of npcs on the boardwalk or chilling on the beach at dusk, then no fireworks for that night. So just move on to another zone. If you do see npcs around, then just point your character towards the bay and wait.
