Okay i don't what in Odin's name was changed in the patch to give me frames that jump around to a most severe degree.
As in, I will be standing still, anywhere in the game, and i will get over a course of three seconds, 60 fps, 37fps, 27fps, 56fps, 60, 45, 34, etc. What is going on? I run 60 fps without a hiccup constantly on this game. My cpu is 0% in use besides the game.
I just purchased a laptop with the GTX 780m GPU with a Haswell Processor and I was expecting that i would be able to max out the graphics settings since the game is a few years old but i can not without taking a major hit to FPS.
Is anyone else running STO on a GTX 780? If so, what are your settings and FPS?

NVIDIA geForce 9800 GT with 1GB of ram on the card
and before LOR i had a constent FPS of 60+, now all the sudden i can barely go above 20fps when i pvp and if it does, im useually not near a battle
