Do these people actually exist, and do they like playing games? I'd like to turn everyone's attention to this:

It's a collection of automated replies (at least from the support staff). The first of which I can somewhat contend with, but the second (latest reply)... How does that in any way have any relation to what has been posted? We're pushing a month here, and my problem still lingers. I want something done about it.
The specific replies (from me) that are along the lines of
still unsolved or
having fun etc were placed because the ticket in question was changed (I can only assume by a member of the support team) to
solved when the problem clearly
hadn't been solved.
...and I swear, if anyone moves this to another section of the forums there will be hell to pay. I can understand that subjects need to remain organized, but throwing something into another thread
because you think it should go there doesn't mean that it should be moved. Moving this elsewhere will only end up with the issue ignored, as it seems is commonplace recently.
PS: For those who might be under the assumption that lifetime members or subscribed members get better support than free-to-play members, think again. I purchased a lifetime package the other day and I'm still being treated like something that's been stepped in.
