Launcher crash

I've been having trouble with the launcher 2 days in a row now. I start it up, put in my password, it loads the launcher and promptly crashes, I've tried updating the launcher to no success and have tried downloading a launcher for a different cryptic game (Neverwinter), it launches Neverwinter just fine but when I try to make it load STO, *POP* it crashes. I never had these problems until Legacy of Romulus.


1:53PM - Redownloaded STO and got in. Fingers crossed that it'll not do this to me again tomorrow.

    it seem you are not the only one, i have uninstall the game from my laptop re-install but still no effect. this has been happen for two weeks now and i can say its from my laptop because, i have tried it on three different computers and am have the same problems with the launcher. cryptic fix the problem now please. i can still player neverwinter with no problem so i think this is not from my firewall, internet or my laptop, but rather from your end.

    Cryptic it's been 21days since my launcher stop working. When are you going to fix this problem. I have trying installing the game on other computers and still having the same problem. Why is that I can play your other games like neverwinter without any launcher problem. Please can you fix this problem a.s.p. thank you

    It's been 4 days now for me, the difference being I can't play their other games as well. The launcher just keeps crashing.

    I appreciate the assistance Matt but I've tried that launcher 2 times now.
