If you wear the Risa outfit (or some other off duty outfits), you get the Risa top, and no head. (You may get the light from the environment suit over where your head would be. It's hard to tell.)
I'm told that the Romulan-Fed uniform has the same issue.

Any off-duty or formal wear in combination with an EV-suit gives your character this "feature" (no, it's not a bug, it's a feature!).

Looking at it myself; I am certainly not disturbed by this, neither is the "immersion" broken. I just like to run around without my head attached... What's the problem in that? :P

    Nerf is OP, plz nerf
That's quite the paradox, how could you nerf nerf when the nerf is nerfed. But how would the nerf be nerfed when the nerf is nerfed? This allows the nerf not to be nerfed since the nerf is nerfed? But if the nerf isn't nerfed, it could still nerf nerfs. But as soon as the nerf is nerfed, the nerf power is lost. So paradoxally it the nerf nerf lost its nerf, while it's still nerfed, which cannot be because the nerf was unable to nerf.

I call it, the Stoutes paradox.
