The faction reputation he has in mind sounds very interesting. I'm intrigued by the possibilities it could bring to STO.
Also, much looking forward to the end-game additions in Season 9, sounds to me like we'll be getting a lot of diversity in the end-game content which is great! Can't wait to see what new alien species will be revealed!

I was worried a few weeks ago when Dan said that there was going to be a new faction and a new "expansion" next year.
I thought he was talking that they were going to be the same thing.
Now it looks likes Season 10 will be the Iconians and General/Admiral. Good stuff.
What cryptic has done with the KDF is awesome.
What cryptic has done with the Romulans is awesome.
But OMG, I need two things
1) The story to progress. Some "resolution or revelation"
2) PVP

im hopeing that new c store ship is a gowron style negvar, with the under slung guns reusing the andorian wing gun effects, and having 5 forward weapons and 4 tac consoles. that would be an epic ship, and should not have the problems the bortas had. that ship turned to slowly to be used like a true battle cruiser, and with that turn rate did not have a hanger, and it was not a BOP. a good kdf ship needs to be 1 of these 3 things, and the bortas was none of them. i never bought the pack because of this.
these are all, except 1 or 2, unused models at end game. most have a c store pay for costume too. i know if i could use these ships as fleet ships at end game, id buy the costume too.
tier 2 battle cruiser - excelsior style station setup
tier 3 raptor- MVAM station setup
tier 4 raptor- armatige station setup
tier 2 BOP- extra sci console and sensor analysis?
tier 4 BOP- a uni ENS station and a 3rd aft weapon?
tier 5 BOP- beefiest shield mod and hull among BOPs, stats like the tvaro
gurumba- no brainier, charge 5 fleet mods
tier 3 nasican ship- maybe the steamrunner station setup?
tier 3 gorn ship- fleet nova station setup
tier 4 gorn ship- fleet research (ball ship) station setup
also, let all the gorn sci ships use DHCs. i see no reason why they should not be able to, the romulan sci ship can use DHCs
tier 3 orian ship- maybe the opposite of the tier 4 orian ship, tac LTC and TL?
tier 5 orian ship- maybe 2 sci LT, and just an ENS tac?
why couldn't 1 or 2 of these slowly be added every few months? the shouldn't need any additional art assets, just a excel spread sheet make over. an actual end game kdf ship hasn't been release on the c store since the bortas, and i get making a new kdf c store ship might not be a good investment. but these fleet ships side step that new development cost. i get the feeling money was lost on most of these leveling c store ships, here's a chance to finally put those ships in a position to make money. they didn't sell all that well because they were not end game, the fleet system fixes that problem. so, please? throw the kdf a bone once in a wile? at least every time theres a new fed or romulan c store ship, give us some kdf fleet ships.
We do have a Lethean on board and ...well ... lets just say that I've got a Ferasan lurking in the background that will begin popping up.

We do not hate those races at Gates. We have a Lethean that has joined the cast recently, you may have heard him in the interview. We have had ferasan and trill on the show before and will do so again, i imagine.

I have not been able to read my bug tickets in over a year, not even the tickets about not being able to see my tickets.
I find the drama of your signature proof of your immaturity, this means you, DR whiners.
Although there is hope for the KDF from before May 21st usually there was never a 2nd instance of qo'nos but during peak hours i've seen 7-10 instances of first city. So I am assuming the interview was about the progress it has made. Most of my disagreements are mostly with how some of the ships on fed and kdf side don't work the way I would imagine them working which takes a lot of the immersion away from me but theres always room for improvement however you look at it in relation to some posts about KDF players never being happy lol.
Dont worry. We will take Korrath outback and beat the targ out of him till he fixes it.

In all seriousness though, Adrienne from Priority One fame has played a ferasin for before for some episodes.
Thats Klingons, Gorn, leatheans, Orions and Ferasins so far.
We are always looking for more though.

Faction based rep sounds great
But make the rep system for omega/nukara/romulan just one character per faction as in 1 fed/1 kdf/1 romulan.
