When it will be released, anyone know?
No matter what we think of ST:E, it is canonical ship just as old as Andorian Escots, there is no reason of giving us such T5 refit.
Same as with the Miranda, Constellation or Constitution, there is always CBS that seems to Veto those ships. If they were allowed to do that, I think those ships would have been put into the c-store alongside a Fleet version a long, long time ago.

CBS said no. Same reason you will never see a T5 Constitution class.
We already have the NX Enterprise Retrofit and it ended up as a Tier 1 ship. The same thing with the Constitution. The design just doesn't have enough to be a match for the Sovereign or the Odyssey.
Though there's no reason not to have the NX as a costume variant for the Akira line of vessels. Similar design and such. Seems more practical than a fleet NX.
This game is set in 2409. The "ancient" ships like the NX and TOS Connie are only in the game as novelties for starting characters to play with before they get to the real ships of the game. Putting them in endgame would make no sense in the game's setting.

But the games setting already has ships that old at tier 5.

I agree with this. Unfortunately, Cryptic messed that logic up when they came up with the T5.5 Andorian escorts for the C-Store.

How so? It's specifically pointed out that those ships are more modern in their designs, sespite resemblances to the older Enterprise-era designs. Same thing with the Vulcan Dy'Kyr's. They're updated versions of older designs, like current Starfleet Stargazer class.
Heck, even designs like the Ambassador and the Excelsior are no where near as old as the basic Constitution and NX types.

Rather falling in to the same old argument people do calling them ancient ships..... don't call them "Refits", These should be brand new ships fresh out of the ship yards that use the same hull shape/design of the NX/Connie/Miranda and that's it, everything else is redesigned.

Which is precisely what they did with the NX-replica...and it's still a Tier 1 ship.
It's basically like a Model-T built out of modern materials...miles ahead of the original but still not enough to compete in Le Mans.;)

I like that one guy points out that the Andorian ships aren't the old ships, but that they are redesigned and yet the next guy refuses to acknowledge that the redesigns don't have to be tier 1 ships.

So what's to stop there from being redesigns that look like the old ships but are not tier 1 ships then?
This gets ridiculous in regards to the Miranda, which does include a 'modern' version, the ShiKahr class, as well as the TNG-era Centaur class, where the argument of them being too old to be retrofitted falls apart.
A T5 NX class ship is no worse than the T5 andorian escorts, D'kyr, T'varo BoP's and Somraw raptors that already fly around in this game.
I yes, I forgot about the Somraw, a ship that is just as old as the NX, and comes in a fleet refit variant to boot.
NX might not be my cup of tea, but there are plenty of iconic ships out there that are as old, or even newer than the Somraw that deserve refits. A Miranda, Oberyth, Connie, NX, etc refit, and even fleet versions would not be too much to ask, considering the precedents.

You're beating a dead horse.
