Do you want one of us to just do whatever we can to make the remake the episode in some weird and limited way with the Foundry? Or, are you asking for a specific type of combat event?

Episodes creation would be awesome but the foundry in some ways is limited in what you can do. It wouldn't be exactly like it but I would love to try it. As soon as they work the bugs out of the foundry so we can actually use it.

I thought Foundry authors are banned from recreating existing Star Trek televised episodes by the EULA...?

Otherwise, there's a "Best of Both Worlds" that would hit the Foundry pretty darn soon. ;)

correct. you can make a loose version of the same plot line, but you have to use different characters, situations, different dialogue.

a direct copy (or as near as you could make it) is forbidden and could be removed without warning.

I wouldn't mind seeing what an enterprising author could come up with for something along the lines of Balance of Terror.

It would be interesting to see how they go about the dialogue on the bridge. :)
