I think you can see an entrance for every instance that is running, which wouldn't actually be bad if it also showed you which level each instance is and how many people are inside
I'm always in #1 and it always says that it's only one available. I wish I could change Zones. Some of the Griefers and Trolls there are unbearable. Worse than ESD zone chat.
Do anyone know why, after the LoR, the Kerrat warzone have so much entries?
I believe this is exclusive to only Romulan Republic Characters. Not sure if it is working as intended, but it does currently allow for Romulan Characters to effectively "Pick a Side". Which could be seen as a Cannon representation of the politics established both in the series and in the game it's self.

It is obviously a bug as there are too many entries being listed and it allows for 50s to enter low level zone. > 1 month and Cryptic fails to fix a pretty obvious bug. Why am I not surprised.

While I do agree that players should not be able to enter lower level zones in Ker'rat, for obvious reasons, I think that there should be an option allowing players to pick which side they join in on. This would create a more balance atmosphere as klingon faction players are greatly outnumbered.
