    General

    Idea for a Lockbox - what about adding a pack that allows a Mirror Registry ("I.S.S.", "A.K.S." and "A.R.W") and Mirror textures on existing ships without making entiryely new ships? This will allow you guys to get around the trouble of making Mirror versions of the Zen Store and Fleet Store ships

    Are there any plans to expand the Mirror Universe storyline? Perhaps looking at the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance and how they are dealing with the Terran Empire or something?

    What about adding a Klingon-Cardassian Alliance faction mob? It'll probably be just a rehash of existing ships, but it would make a nice addition to general mobs, especially for Foundry use and how some stories use the Mirror Universe

    KDF

    Now that the Jackel Mastiff is a KDF-only combat pet, will we see KDF Targ Combat pets?

    On a related note, will we see the Targ breeding game you guys have talked about in the past but have just dropped off the list due to other priorities?

    Will we see another KDF Science ship, besides the Ferasen Carrier Geko mentioned, that isn't a Carrier? There are a few suggestions, such as a Scout Raptor, that can easily add to the KDF ship list, and I suspect it will sell quite well, since a lot of KDF players want one :)

    Will more lower-tier KDF ships get converted for T5-fleet use? This could add to the slightly lower options the KDF have compared to the Feds in the fleet system

    Can alternate registries, besides "I.K.S." and "A.K.S." be added for allied-KDF faction ships, such as Gorn, Orion, Nausicaan and upcoming Ferasen ships?

    Will there be new mission reguarding the house of torg and alexandar's death sorta like Torg is trying to gather support for a coup against the chancellor citing the invasion of Qu'nos by the Fek'ari as the reason and his inability to lead sorta like in the TNG "redemption" 2 parter?

    The bug that is keeping many KDF players from switching or using costumes they have both purchased and designed.

    Linking palette choice to varied KDF costume pieces.

    Players KDF side presented with a limited color palette that some of the first NPCs you encounter in the first city do not have to follow.

    Where is the Pink/Purple color the Orion Matron Pimp in the Red Light District wears? Why can't I use that color ?

    Overall , the Tailor being a giant pile of bug infested TARG Poo that they obviously know about but have not yet even addressed.

    WHEN will the tailor be fixed ?
    WHY do my KDF toons effectively have only 1 Costume slot.


    MOST of the tailor bugs have been reported and ignored since long before LOR.

    Are the KDF going to get more costumes in the Z-store?

    With the increased KDF population since LOR, how does that effect the future direction of the game?

    Will you allow the Klingons to get the finglerless gloves the KDF Romulans get?

    Disappointing, well save them for next time maybe?

    Things I would like to see in the C-Store and in game for the KDF:

    1 - The KDF has had a lot of time now to evaluate and absorb Fek'Ihri technologies, how about incorporating it into some KDF ships creating a range of sci based ships for us specializing in anti-proton weapons/boosts and phase shifting defenses?

    2 - Romulans have gotten a lot of "plasma" based perks that boost both ground and space based weapons, how about a choice of "disruptor" or "anti-proton" trait perks to enhance the KDF side.

    3 - Back to the KDF sci ships, would love to see an upscaled K'tinga sci ship variant that incorporated some of the design elements from the Fek'Ihri ships such as the "oar" like extensions or some of the plating layers, sort of like what was done on the new B'rotlh above the central engine area.

    4 - How about some sort of special resilient shield array with matching deflector/engine set for this sci ship that has a passive always on low grade MES that compensates for the fact we only have a basic cloak on most KDF designs. I like the black hull look MES gives a ship and have that visual in effect when the shield is slotted, much the same way KHG, Borg, or other shield sets have a visual...oh yea!

    5 - More costumes and options please.. along with an enlarged color palate!! Please please please unlock the costumes so they can be mixed and matched across species, my Orion ladies want thigh boots, my Klingon and Alien species females want Orion clothes as an option, as someone else said my Gorn would love some of the Nausican costume pieces, etc etc. How about a TOS era KDF costume pack, while we have some TOS male pieces the females need a variety of outfits similar to what was seen in the TOS episode Day of the Dove and other similar episodes. Would be nice to have a special MK XII Klingon Disruptor Pistol circa 2265, a dual pistol set would be awesome.

    6 - Romulan Boffs get boosts from space traits like Subterfuge and Operatives... how about something to boost lethality for the KDF? Weapons Barrage Specialist and Superior Piloting making us harder to hit - would be nice to offset the paper thin hulls that we got saddled with for daring to have a minimal cloaking. As far as the traits go the great Dahar Master Kor in a beat up old B'rel Bird of Prey held up an entire group of ten Jem'Hadar ships in DS9's Once More Unto the Breach - he obviously had some traits we are lacking currently! ;)

    7 - Would love to see Boffs from the Romulan Embassy get the tailor options unlocked so we can customize them even if limited to only Romulan based clothing/uniforms, hate the way they currently look bleh..

    Will the Marauding DOFF be customisable and can we get them into Klingon uniforms, a lot of KDF players don't like Federation uniforms and would be nice if they could match the rest of the crew. This could be applied to both factions for Federation players as well. Same with the Romulan BOFF from the Embassy.

    Will we see any KDF bundles, like how the Federation have TOS, DS9 and Ent bundles. Perhaps costume bundles that add a great amount of costume bundles of various different clothing options.

    I dunno about you guys, but I'm about done.

    The thing that has brought me to this point is the Scourge and the Corsair. Say its the straw that broke the camels back. These things haven't been customizable since S6 hit almost a year ago now and they are still broken for me and I suspect, most people.

    And its not like these things are cheap! They have cost a person 2000z or about 25million EC, for those prices the damn things should be customizable period. Its another bug that should have been fixed almost a year ago but its been ignored.

    And there is nothing that snake oil Dan or anyone else can say that would change that, they should have worked last July and they should be working now.

    Similar, but not as an escort but as a battlecruiser (which would mean Comm Eng) because that's what it was referred to in the shows and also in the Hayne's Owner's Workshop manual.
    The latter also makes it clear "Bird-of-Prey" describes a shape and not a specific size or class of ship (for example "Raider").:)
    I also went with 33,000 hull because it's another point more agile than the K't'inga whose fleet version has 34,450;) and I'd expect this thing to be a 10 console ship like the Vesta or Kumari.

    Yeah, but who is to say that when the engineers at Ty'Gokor get angry they don't decide to make the Comm station a tactical one. Just look at that other thread, they got drunk and made this player a Peghqu' with 10 Boff stations! :P:D

    I went with 37.000 hull because of the Chel Grett 36.000 hull and 12 turn rate. And whatever the Breen can do, we can sure as hell do better! :D

    p.s.: I notoriously try to avoid even a hint of mkaing ships overpowered...I've been doing so for all my designs in "Babylon 5 Wars" too that's why Imihgt end up with "weaker" stats most of the time

    I know how you feel, would love to customise my fleet corsair, customisation is one of the main things in a MMO to make you feel different to the other 100 or so players that are right near you.

    I find it shameful that they said they would finish the KDF before adding another faction, yet more than half our missions are Federation ones, we have ship customisation bugs, no uniforms to speak of and the list goes on. They need to dedicate a whole season just to fixing up the KDF and giving players the experience we have been waiting for. Some of the new KDF missions are brilliant and I'd like to see the Fed patrol missions and Fed cut and paste missions gone and actual new missions made. Making Fed patrol missions in Regulus as KDF missions was really cheap considering most players have played those on the Federation side before. I know I have, I recognised them the second I saw them and only a little dialogue has changed.

    But my point is, if Dan wants input from us well that's great but how about listening to us and doing as you promise. Give us some decent treatment, quit with the cross faction missions only rep stuff should be cross factional. Give each faction the unique mission line up that they deserve. Fix the bugs, show the community you value their input, value their business and give the KDF what it deserves after 3 years. Do all this before all the new Romulan players get through all the rep and then start asking for the same. Then you can focus on them as we will have gotten what we want.

    We are getting all questions and condensing many due to many are asking the same thing.
    Great work everyone!

    We will only get 30, maybe 45, minutes for the whole thing. We will try to ask as many as we can.
    Though keep in mind Dstahl may not be able to answer them all as some will fall outside his area of knowledge. Even so we will certainly let him know all the KdF concerns.

    I second on the possiblity to have Orion, Gorn, and Nausicaan bridges.

    I'd also like to know if Orions fighters like slavers and interceptors will be a future option for playable small craft.

    And I'd like to know if we might get future rep with say the Orion Sydicate, Gorn Hemogony, Nausicaan clans ect...

    Oh and I'd like to know if the prize for the KDF is a Orion Corvette or if we get the Risian Corvette like the feds.

    Question: Will we see any KDF missions revolving around the "technology exchange" portion of the KDF/Romulun Republic alliance? For example, a series of missions, that once completed (non-repeatable) you could have your vessel retrofitted with a non-console-based cloaking device (would upgrade existing cloak to battle cloak) or a hybrid singularity-warp core that would give non-Romulan ships access to the singularity abilities. This could also work for Federation, and the Romulan version could be the hybrid singularity-warp core that would get rid of the power penalties they suffer due to the singularity core.

    Now that's an idea. Play up on the multi-role versatility of the BoP to bring them back into parity now that warbirds all have battle cloaks. Could make for some very interesting builds.

    I tried to find an active roleplaying group on the KDF side because I love the ferasans and the Kar-Fi, and the Naussican ships. I got laughed at. There are no system patrols, which makes anything short of endless STFing and PVE missions and the storyline missions incredibly boring.

    I hate to say it, but I stopped playing my KDF because of it all. I think it's better than the Romulans because they have more ship choice, everyone loves ships, but for players like me who favor roleplaying and exploration... there is next to nothing. I realise roleplaying is a PLAYER based thing the devs can't change... but there are alot more things they could do to help out roleplaying, as in more outfits, more bridges, and such.

    Thanks. We did it today, if not started a tad late, when Stahl conta ted us via skype.
    I had to jet early due to a RL issue that popped up suddenly.

    I hope ypu enjoy it after it has been edited but keep in mind we at GoS are primarily a drama podcast so interviews are a little different for us.

    Lol, thanks. I just hope it answers some concerns of the fanbase.

    The real praise goes to soridiem, who told me we where having an interview and (believe it) DStahl who aproached us with the opportunity without being asked.

    I have not listened to the whole interview (pre-edit) yet but hope it answers some questions.
    Plus lets our concerns be known to the Devs.

    PS: been listening, sounds great so far and has some interesting points and news.
