Unable to Authenticate - please help

I come home form work today, switch on my laptop, log into the forums, check my account, etc. No problems whatsoever.
I run the STO Launcher, type in my password...
"Unable to Authenticate."
I try again, several times. I KNOW the password is correct, I can log into the website with it just fine. But the launcher rejects it every time.
This has never happened to me before. Of course, it happens when I'm finally 3 days from getting Tier 5 on my main in everything...
What is going on? Any tips? I am in the UK and I was playing last night just fine.
