cant access starbase

our fleet finally made tier1 on our starbase and we did the 20 hour upgrade to access it but its still greyed out.Must be a glitch right? not sure what we need to do.

What's still grayed out? The transwarp? You need science tier 1 for that, and then you need to do two upgrades - one for the com array and then one for the tranwarp gate.


But you don't need the transwarp online to access the starbase. You also don't have to be tier 1, you can get in there at tier 0. Just fly to its physical location in the Eta Eridani sector block (Federation Starbase System at the southwest, Klingon Starbase System at the northeast).

Yes , the transwarp gate is greyed out. I found the com array project but no transwarp gate one yet.I do see the base on the map tho and went to it. I read were tier 1 has to be approved first and it's not automatic? by cryptic officers I think? Thanks for the info!

You need to finish the comm array first, then the transwarp gate project will apear.


Also, no, as far i know cryptic doesn't need to approve anything, you only need to do the upgrade projects to upgrade your tier
