can't add xp for reputation projects again

when i go to add it it says 0 when I have 500000 xp just finished all the missions and it is not the first time for this try 4th time it is a pain in yje butt to grind the tier 5 stuff

    to start a reduction from 20hrs to 8 for tier 1 ,2 10 hrs for 3,4 then 20hrs for 5
    another super quick way is if you have one toon maxed out at tier 5 in each faction
    each new toon can get a boost to 5


    I don't know why you guy's don't want us to trade stuff between account if it is bound to account it would make it easier for those starting out in STF'S
