Unable to respec

Has anyone encountered the bug before? When trying to respec my captain skills I get the message "There was an error while trying to assign your skills" (roughly translated I have a german client). Is there anything I can do? Of course I submitted a ticket, but I wondered if there was a workaround I could use...

Try using "Clear All" and then respec..
