I would like to know if the current 45 person instance limit is a temporary measure to help with stability during the transition to LoR, or if it will be a permanent thing. Right now all of the social hubs are ghost towns with a high server load. There is no socialization or Roleplay in the vast majority of most instances because "gameplay" players are usually filling up most instances using the bank or exchange. I think a "mix" of players is important, which a larger instance limit would help with, but the current situation has basically killed all socialization in STO. I do hope this is a temporary measure.

The new Drozana map is fantastic but because of the tiny population cap I can't help but feel that it's going to waste.
At times, it feels so desolate and asocial that I wonder if the game isn't counting NPCs as people and only allowing ~10 actual people into each zone.
