Romulan Marauding Transwarp Locations bugged

I have reached Tier III in Marauding with my KDF alligned Romulan and have yet to receive another transwarp location. Neither 'Romulan Space' (Alpha Centauri Block) nor 'Regulus Block' have been unlocked for me, despite them being stated in the unlock-tabs.
