When are you going to fix the "Unsupported Video card" error!
An AMD 6790 video card with 1GB of GDDR5 ram should be supported PERIOD!
What gives? Can you not update your code to support video cards made in this Millennium? Oh while you are at it, how about supporting an OS that is still supported by Microsoft since XP is dead after April of 2014!
I've received this warning as well after the LoR update. I have a AMD 6990M card, but the client says it doesn't recognise the card. This is a fairly recent powerful card (1 gen old) and I didn't get the warning before LoR. An option box opens and gives me the choice of load game with default setting or play on reduced settings. It's pretty annoying.
When are you going to update your DirectX DLL's. They are very outdated and are causing issues with the newer video cards.
Your DirectX 11 DLL's are still using the BETA version of DirectX 11.
Updated DirectX 11 DLL's came out in June 2010!
PLEASE UPDATE YOUR DLL's SO NEWER VIDEO CARDS WILL WORK CORRECTLY!!!!!!!!!!!

Also why in the world don't you fix your Support web site!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It still does an incorrect redirect! This is not something that should be a problem for the amount of time it has been! Please hire someone who knows how to run websites and get them to fix this issuse. Half the world gets your redirect error and we cannot see our tickets nor create them without using direct mail, which seems to be replying from a BOT and not a human. I have several tickets that say they are resolved but the issue still remains!
