You got tons of PvE stuff and its all well and good (But the spheres moving too fast and they spam torps like crazy)
PvP has lacked a TON...
What you could do is take out all the boff ability (Or have a few) then it will be a fair fight since escort spam buffs and cruisers spam tank buffs like crazy, putting a ability limit on you will have to pick carefully between weaps - consoles and other stuff (Also may want to ban over powered consoles such as Andorian Overload)
Then you can put it into PvE and give some reward for winning and small reward for loseing (Team play)
Tell me what you think since frankly this is the only idea i seen that may work.
