Orion slavers commodities stealing bugged

The klingon orion slavers now only steal items about 1 time every 30 min.
Before the romulan update, thy did it about every 2 min at least.

So there is no reason to use them at the moment since they nearly do no dmg.

I've felt they been bugged for ages now when i was big on playing the Klingons about 3 hours a day all i got was ec and a little contraband now and then...
