Dont get bridge officer reward when I reached lvl 4 marauding

I hit the lvl 4 Marauding, and dont get any "select a bridge officer from an enemy faction".

    In case you didn't find out already, you have to visit the Nausican in the barracks on Qo'nos to select the enemy faction BOff after you reach level 4.
