Omega Tier 3 Passive trait

Can anyone confirm what the shield regeneration of the tier 3 Regenerative shield augmentation for Task force Omega actually is.

The other day it said +90 to shields every 1 second.
Today it says +5 to shields every 1 second.
And Wiki says +75 to shields every 1 second.

Which one is it? if its 5 its seems too low but 90 seems too high. I'm probably going for the borg modulation as 5 isn't that great.

    Be in space when you are checking space buffs, else the stats reflect of your ground character.

    The 5 is correct. It's about equal to the [Reg] modifier on a shield.

    This is a ground ability. Don't look at it in space, it will give you huge numbers (+90 is almost the DPS of a typical endgame weapon). Always look at ground stats on ground and space stats in space to get the true values. Whoever put the 75 on the wiki must have looked at it in space, too.
