Jem'Hadar Ship Components Missing!

So, after a few months of absence I return only to find my ship is now missing the Jem'Hadar components I had running on it (Jem'Hadar Combat Impulse Engines etc.), they are nowhere to be found, not in my inventory, nor in my bank.
