Keybind functions not working.

Certain keybind functions that worked before are no longer working since the Legacy of Romulus went live, for example:

- If you have the left ctrl button bound as your walk key then your character will not be able to walk left, even when wiping all other left ctrl keybinds!

It worked find before, but of course it did -_-

    i seem to have the problem of my keybind not working on my new rom toon but working just fine on all my others so for me it seems to be a rom only problem :(

    I have noticed the functions not working before, to fix this problem you must go in and make sure the KeyBind for any key that has a user specific keybind is setup the way you want after any update. For some reason it seems to reset those of newer characters. Ones that are made after LOR.

    I have not check to see if a new keybind is applied to a older character might have the same problem, with updates.
