The Tal Shiar uniform

I noticed during one of the storyline quests I received the Tal Shiar uniform blueprint(or whatever it is). How to I go about wearing it?

    You wear the Tal Shiar uniform the same way you wear all the others:

    Go to a tailor and customize your outfit.

    It's should unlock in your tailor window. Go to the tailor and create and new uniform for yourself, you will find it listed with the rest of the uniform which are unlocked by your character.

    Thanks for the responses, when I went to the tailor I did not see it listed, I will look harder.

    Go to advanced, select uniform- Jacket Loose, then it's an option for upper uniform.

    There's also some Tal-shiar boots I think.

    It's an almost-complete set of top, trousers, boots, chestgear, and I saw someone mention a belt option but I've not noticed it - the trousers are just the Worn Leather ones with a different name though.

    Females get a belt, males get a chest gear option.

    I want the big boots that the NPC's have. Oh and that shoulder cap thing they have. That would be neat.

    Yes, I had the same problem too. Once I received it, it wasn't listed when I went to the tailor...

    It doesn't have a preset, you have to go into the advanced uniform screen to equip it.

    They are "sub" selections. The top is under "jacket loose", if I am not mistaken and the bottom under "tight" pants. Females have a belt option with the RSE emblem, males a chest emblem. There are also boots.
    The shoulder pad "thing" and "cape" is defined by rank. Vice-Admiral has the full "drape", Sub-Admiral II, one on the left and one on the right, Sub-Admiral just the one on the right. Before those ranks there are only pads, if memory serves me well.

    I dont even see anything Tal Shiar in Jacket-Loose, or any other category, wtf?
