Odd Color on fed ships

Im not sure if anyone else has this issue but this just started last nite for me... I have 3 fed char one is an admiral, one is a lt commander and third is lieut. On the admiral char my ship has this odd looking green computerized look to it but all other ships look normal. When i switch to my other 2 char. their ships look normal in space like all others. Also i have a klingon brig general char and that ship looks that way as well in space but all others look normal. Is this some kind of bug for higher ranked characters? Also with my admiral this started last nite when he was captain lvl 39 then the ship started looking green. Any help would be appreciated. I tested a theory i went back to esd as my admiral, selected a lower tier ship then went back to space and it looked normal. But the higher tier ships for me have that green computerized look to it so it looks like some kind of game bug. Does anyone else have this issue?
