Tau Dawa Transwarp Not Displaying

My Romulan reputation tier 5 Fed player doesn't have access to transwarp to Tau Dawa.

    Ye I am having the same problem so it must be quite a common fault, but I cant seem to be able to find any answers to it anywhere!!

    Likewise. I assume that it becomes unlocked when you hit tier 1, and so people that are already past it are missing the unlock, but obviously that's something that needs fixing.
