Cannot train Borg bridge officer

Romulan allied with KDF. Claimed my preorder borg bridge officer. Unable to train her at the trainer. Even promoted her, and still cannot train. In fact, I can't train any space or ground engineering skills for her.

    Had a friend allied with Fed. No problems in training. So it seems to just be with the KDF version.

    I am a Romulan allied with the KDF and I have the same problem with the Lobi Store Photonic Tactical Officer Candidate. I cannot train any alternate skills from the defaults.

    Other officers seem to train normally.

    I can confirm this since I have the exact same issue. Please fix.

    Ditto. Rom with KDF, pre-order borg boff, identical issue.

    Train the KDF BOff at Qo'nos. Likewise FED at a 'fed' trainer and so on. This also applies to training via BOff candidates.

    Same issue, Rommy allied KDF. Will try training at Qo'nos, but I also cannot train captain skills (EPtX3 etc). Please fix! :)
