Unable to claim legacy pack?

I purchased the legacy pack last week in anticipation of LoR, however I am now unable to claim it ingame, I am on my new romulan toon, in the tau dewa sector block, I've already finished the tutorial and gained access to my subscriber perks. However the legacy pack claim does not show up under bundles, nor do the master keys show up under items, what gives? I want to play the game, but want my items first.

PS, I tried logging in and out, but all that did for me was get me stuck trying to get back in for an hour due to login issues

    Look at your mail they sent you when you bought it and click through it, that's how I fixed mine
