    Not likely, as it wasn't in the Countdown comic. :)
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    I agree, but it's not an exact duplicate. Homages are allowed, until you get sued - like the Lightsaber Bat'leths. :)

    Plus, IIRC, the Countdown comic was licensed through CBS, not Paramount. As such CBS has some control over some of the JJ-Trek stuff - like Red Matter. That's why the entire Countdown story is basically within STO.

    That's up to CBS. Every ship Cryptic makes CBS gets to approve. They've already said no to a T5 Connie due to wanting to keep the ship iconic and unique. I don't think CBS will feel any different about the JJprise - and since that wasn't in the comics that's all Paramount's baby. Paramount and CBS aren't exactly friendly right now, so Paramount might be willing to sue. :)

    Yeah it's not new about the Romulan Borgified ships. Back when we fought that Borg Ship, before they added the Borg Set. Then the Borg Set Deflector having Naradaesque prongs.


    But the thing that still gets me all this time is that the Borg was about symmetry, yet these Romulan Borg ships are sharp. I mean we poke someones eye out. :P

    I think that's because of Enterprise. The ship that was slowly being converted into Borg looked very hodge-podge and angular.

    So if you put the borg set on these ships do they get Borgier, this is so borg, my borg is so borg i am just borg the borg out.

    You probably need to put the new Liberated Rom Boff on the ship with the Borg Set, and that activates a special Borg skin feature :)

    If you put on the full borg set and full omega set, get a lib borg officer and a lib borg torpedo doff, and also play a lib borg toon, this ship will morph into a cube.

    I take Trek for what it is: some good episodes, some bad episodes, some average episodes. Which of those 3 categories something might be is entirely subjective to the individual. :)

    It's a god awfully fugly ship. What is it with the spindly, Venus fly trap looking, can't make heads or tales of it, ship designs? I get that everyone wants some fresh updates, and although I'm not a big fan of the Cryptic Romulan designs, you can tell where the fore and aft ends are located.
