Hello PVPers I have seen over the years many fleets discussing rules what is ok was is not. I have seen many disagreements what is ok broken fair or cheese. From what I have seen over the last 3 years is that no one agrees on what is fair game. I had and idea that MIGHT solve the problem, limiting any consoles to two per team. Also have another idea of having the consoles in tiers example t1 is one console t2 is two consoles
This has been discussed for many years now so I don't expect a simple solution overnight but those are my thought.
If you have any feedback or ideas please provide them here.
Thank you for you?re time and see you on the battle field.
Im not sure but is this supposed to be for 5v5 premade matches? Or for tournaments? This is obviously not going to happen in the open arenas
Also, is there really a balance between tier 1 to 5 ships in terms of uni consoles that you could say tier 4/5 consoles are better then the ones that come from tier 1 to 3 ships?

Dunno. I think thats really hard to tell.
Hey MT i was thinking more for 5v5 premade matches. And about the tiers it was more like example Grav pulse console might be in the T1 because it can disable five ships for up to 50ish sec but the jump console can be added to the t2 or t3 because it's not so OP. In other words we need to figure out where to add those consoles t1 t2 or even t3.
What? I Have been running Premades for years, I have never once heard a argument over what said consoles people were using lol. if there were any arguments its was over which ones were better to use.
unless I'm completely missing the OPs comment entirely. I have been wrong once before :P

ex:
T'varo Refit
T'varo Retrofit
Fleet T'varo w/ Refit and Retrofit consoles gets a 2pc set bonus for having both of them.

For the queues, just expect the worst. Even if you don't use it yourself.
the rules are use the best consoles you can get your hands on
and who cares what the fleet boys do
being a normal human being i side with the pugs
all pugs should do whatever neccesary to destroy them
i suggest a maybe meeting at drozana with a few pugs and making a kill console attack set up and then wait for a premade
with at least one person in a shuttle
if only this were true, you see man... the game designers dont even know how the game is intended to work so....
the best solution would be to simply disable in pvp matches only, any items that give a power that isnt a Bridge officer or a Captain power.
99% of the complaints/problems solved.
Do you even Science Bro?
So that leaves folks free to complain about the vast majority of things in STO that simply are not working as intended...
...yay!
