1. In the cut scene when you come to the Flotilla after the tutorial my captain's legs are stuck in the floor.
2. Crateris: There are still old Veril (the more Reman looking one) images on the view screen
3. Tailor needs an Undo button.
4. In certain cut scenes my captains speech bubles are partially covered with the black edge this happens in: Bigger Picture (cut sceen on Cardassian ship), Cloak and Dagger (when you bring maiori to Sela)
5. Regulus sector block map needs more zoom out
6. My Federation Romulan has access to Klingon shuttle
and the accolade Size doesn't matter has a Klingon shuttle picture.
