I've got some Zen lying around, and I thought I'd upgrade my BoP to a Fleet or C-Store version, but there are a few things unclear. This isn't about stats, I can see and evaluate those, but mostly aesthetics:
1) Does the Hos'sus' (bless you) wings move? The most annoying visual issue with BoPs is that they frequently look cool in one mode, but stupidly goofy in the other. The Norgh is a great example. Very cool in combat. Goofy super-high wings out of combat. The Ki'tang has the opposite problem, fine out of combat, wings way too low in combat.
With the Hos'sus (bless you), I've only seen it out of combat, and the wings are already pretty low. If they get any lower, it'd look REALLY stupid. Somewhere in the back of my mind is a pre-release screenshot of the Hos'sus with it's wings clapped together at the bottom...
2) Does the Fleet Norgh come with the Ning'tao costume (assuming you haven't purchased the ning'tao). I expect that it doesn't, but the Wiki, for instance, refers to it as the Fleet Ning'tao instead of Norgh, so I'm left a bit confused.
3) I am aware of the advantages of the B'rel's special cloak in PvP, but in PvE, do the NPCs just instantly target and blow you up in the ~3 seconds you're uncloaked when you fire? (I assume yes, but you never know)
I've been looking at the Fleet Norgh and from what I've gathered through reading various threads/official info, you dont get the Ning'tao costume unless you unlock it from the c-store... Looking at it in the ship viewer on the fleet base doesnt show costume pulldown either. Love the ning'tao look though... I think the wiki is just confused, since it doesnt seem to be called the Fleet Ning'Tao anywhere but there.
In regards to the B'rel, it is mostly a matter of making sure you keep as little aggro as possible, PvE-wise. It also depends on what you are fighting. getting up close and personal can be good if the ship doesn't have a de-cloaking ability. Otherwise it's better to run and gun, as it were.
In STFs, kinetic resist is your friend, and also some kind of -Threat consoles as well, of your choosing. If you do pull and hold aggro, then look at a Jam sensors or other placate.
I remain empathetic to the concerns of my community, but do me a favor and lay off the god damn name calling and petty remarks. It will get you nowhere.
I must admit, respect points to Trendy for laying down the law like that.

Yes. If you have the hate of an NPC it will insta-fire the moment you begin decloaking. That is why B'rels need to have dual jam sensor or scramble sensor as well as atk omega mandatory.

The "wings together" position for the Hoh'suS is for docking with its Bortasqu' mothership. Undocked, its wings fold out into a single position used for both combat and non-combat situations.
