Bug: No Subadmiral Ha'apax

Not sure if it was left out on purpose, but there's currently no subadmiral (level 40) Ha'apax Warbird showing up in the vendor. The 2 split versions Ha'nom and Ha'fei are there but not the cruiser.

Yesterdays blog suggests there should be one. Playing as KDF Rom.
