Black spots on the B'rel

I finally bought a B'rel a couple of months ago. It is the first time i have ever paid anything on a "free-to-play game, but i felt with the amazing gameplay which STO offers, that it would be worth it.

After I bought it, I suddenly noticed how many "black spots" there are on it, including the engine!

Now i expect games to have bugs, but i dont expect something to have bugs when i actually got my credit card out for it!

Is there some sort of patch which can eliminate this, or is Cryptic actually going to fix this one day?

I Spend most of my time with my B'rel in PvP zones (look out for I.K.S. TROLL SHIP at Ker'rat) so i can troll the feds all day long, but its not so credible from a visually incomplete vessel!

It's actually a technical issue arising from the enhanced battle cloak. Something about so-and-so particles forming mini-blackholes on the skin of the ship or some such, can't be helped. ;)

Lol, if only that was indeed true! My Sexy little B'rel is being spoiled by this 'wardrobe malfunction' which cryptic have failed to fix!

Try it on Tribble - they just patched every texture in the game.

I thought they were caused by the crew chatting amongst themselves in whispers. You know, not loud enough that it completely borks the cloak but audible enough that universe itself shrivels into small pockets of fear thus twisting the very fabric of spacetime around them...so the cloak gets spots.

At least, thats the explanation according to the 'Wisdom of Stahl' (a companion to the well known children's bedtime songs: ' Grethor comes with every Patch ' , ' In a Perfect World we stand Disenchanted ' and the unforgettable ' Stovahkor requires Master Key' ).
