Romulan Duty Officer w/ Founder of the Federation trait??

I didn't see any other thread on this, so, if there is, please merge this, Mods...


One of my Romulan Duty Officers, Livona, an Energy Weapons Officer has the following traits listed:

* Founders of the Federation
*Tactful
*Teamwork

Her Species is listed as a Romulan. She looks Romulan. She even acts Romulan. My CMO said, according to her DNA, she IS Romulan.

So, how can she be a Founder of the Federation???

Reminds me of a persistent bug with Wadi. Despite the Wadi being a race allied with the KDF you can on rare occasions get fed alligned Wadi.

Double check the background of the Doff picture. In the Wadi case, the Fed Wadi always have a Starfleet background.

Obviously this case is different as FF/Tactful/Teamwork sounds like the traits that a Human would have....
