Initial Duty Officers

On Federation side never received initial offering of Duty Officers, no mission is available to receive the officers.

    I received my initial offering of Duty Officers at Centurion 19.

    Same here. I was able to queue Doff recruiting assignments at academy. Thus the Doff system unlocked properly. However.... I currently have 0 doffs.

    Same for my Romulan. Level 14 and no doffs at all, though the system did open up at level 11. Didn't think to go to the academy to get the free doffs but I was busy doing story episodes.

    I finally got my Doffs at level 18. If you are not going to get the intitial officers untile level 18 or so then need to move the unlock to this point or move the initial offering to level 11 as it shows in the progression tray.

    i got mine at lvl 18 :-( please let us get doff at lvl 11 on holo deck i plan to buy some as soon as i can use them when this go to holo deck

    I got a "booster pack" of three duty officers at level 18, but I never got my initial batch at level 11.

    I received mine at level 11.

    If i'm not mistaken you receive the doff at level 11 BUT you need to complete a mission first and contact personally someone on the New Romulan System so he can give you the doff.

    I'm leveling my Romulan, hit 12, and got a call from Lt Ferra. No doffs on offer. However, odd thing, I'm allied with the -Klingons-. So not only do I not have any initial doffs, I got a call from the wrong faction. (For that matter, while I don't mind having a chance to recruit doffs from our allied factions, I do hope that at the very least Romulans get their normal doff allotments from leveling from their own faction. Anything less would feel really half-assed.)

    I think you do, it's just the original complement that tends to be delayed - in my case, I got it after the first normal doff allotment. Also, I was also hailed by Lt Ferra (at level 19, in my case), but check your mission log: it have me a mission to hail New Romulus, which did give me the doffs.
