    Why do you guys always do this when I'm broke!!! This would have been a good way to convince my Wife I'm not actually spending all that much money on this video game...GURRRRR!:(


    Oh and is there a way I can gift Zen to my brother? For his account?

    I just bought $20 of Zen in-game from my "Steam Wallet", not ten minutes ago. (1:48 EST now) I didn't get any bonus Zen :/

    For some reason, it looks like the Steam portion of the promo didn't activate correctly. Please do the following so I can have the Billing team contact you and investigate your purchase and adjust appropriately:

    1. Visit support.perfectworld.com
    2. File a billing ticket
    3. Include information about your purchase
    4. Send me a forum PM with your ticket number and I will shoot it off to our Billing team
    5. If you can't get to support.pefectworld.com for any reason, email customerservice@perfectworld.com (this should ONLY be used if you can't get to support.perfectworld.com)

    Sorry for the inconvenience. We'll get it up and running on Steam ASAP.

    I just spent $50 THIS MORNING at 10 am Eastern time before this was announced. Why do they always announce these AFTER I JUST bought Zen a few hours earlier.

    Okay, dumb question.

    Where on the support page do I actually file a billing ticket? I clicked the "Contact Us" link, and it doesn't look like this is what you're talking about.

    That's the right place :) Under category, choose Billing Support > ZEN Offer.

    Yeah, I found it on a second look. :) I copied and pasted the details from Steam (including the time and confirmation number) into the ticket, and PMed you the ticket number.

    I *hope* you've remembered to turn off any feature that may keep devs such as yerself from receiving forums PMs from us mere mortals? :D

    Sent you a PM with ticket #. This web site really hates Google Chrome, btw. The profile page is a garbled mess unless I view it with Explorer.

    Now I'm getting a redirect loop trying to get to Contact Us.

    EDIT: This is ridiculous. No matter how I do it it keeps getting into a redirect loop. I hate to do it but I might have to email their support directly since their website is apparently a piece of TRIBBLE.

    Make sure you're logged in, perhaps? It works fine for me; using Firefox.

    Logging in is exactly what I'm trying to do when it forces me into the redirect loop.

    Which is bizarre because on their main page, I'm logged in. But when I clock Support, boom, redirect loop. If I copy/paste the support page url, I go there, but I'm not logged in. If I try to log in there, redirect loop.

    I've attempted this and gotten the same results in IE, Firefox, and Chrome.

    EDIT: Can someone link me directly to the ticket filing page? Maybe if I can bypass the borked login from the support page, it'll work...

    A direct link won't work. There is a known issue where a small percent of players get a redirect when they try and access this page. This is why I included the email step, in the case you can't get into the page for some reason. Once you email, you'll get an auto response with your ticket number -- pass that along and I will then forward it :)

    We've confirmed that the bonuses are now showing up in Steam for eligible packs and are working on auto-granting the bonus ZEN to anyone who purchased an eligible pack on Steam from 9AM PDT to the time the promo was manually started (a few minutes ago).

    Well, thanks for getting on that. Hopefully the retroactive bonus will go through and I'll have sent that email for nothing. In any event, if I don't have the bonus by the time I get the ticket number, I'll kick it your way.

    Sorry Matt, I know it can feel the bummer. I don't mean to troll or otherwise pick on you, but seriously, as a long time player may I recommend you only ever buy your Zen when it's on sale. Since PW has taken over, they've had constant Zen sales (about every 1-2 months).

    Patience is a virtue for a reason, and it pays off if you wait. I never buy anything unless it's on sale. In fact, I save my "monthly budget" of game cash until a sale, and sometimes have enough to buy more in one go. Then not only do I get the Sale bonus, but there's "bulk rate" bonus if you spend more that $50. Sometimes I'll even wait/get lucky for a C-Store sale, so I get double-savings using my discounted Zen.

    Anyway, I don't mean to single you out, but so often Cryptic puts on a sale, and the forums are laced with people complaining that they missed out.

    So again, my best advice to you and others: Never pay full price, always buy on sale.

    According to the email I got it's 4 years long promotion, so stay cool. It ends at April 14... friday. Next friday 14th April is in 2017.

    Branflakes - I could gues that much. Still it is rather weird that no one checks such email for typo errors.

    Meh, I like the last changes and vote with my bucks with hope that the Emergency Power To changes that are to be tested on Tribble will go live. So - do not waste my money :P
