Reset Default Ship from Shuttle

Hi.
Every time I try to repair a ship injury it seems to default to my shuttle.
I also note that when i click info on my character it shows my shuttle.
So how do i reset it to my ship.
I've asked about everyone I know and I'm not the only one.

So anyone know how to do it?

    It's a bug. It's been there a while already, and isn't fixed on either test server yet.

    Usually renaming your shuttle so it's after your ship alphabetically will fix it (so you're basically SOL if your ship is the USS Xerxes or something). You'll then have the reverse problem - when you're on your shuttle the ship will show first. But since you generally use your shuttle a lot less, this is at least tolerable until they finally fix this issue.

    Using a Mirror ship with it's ISS prefix kicks it infront of a shuttle with USS also.
    Everywhere I look, people are screaming about how bad Cryptic is.
    What's my position?

    If you want your ship to always be on top, make sure its name starts with a letter that is closer to A, and your shuttle name is closer to Z.

    I seem to have done that unintentionally. I've never had a problem healing ship injuries. The thing that annoys me is that my shuttle name shows up as my ship name on the login screen.

    Works for me, I've got a Mirror escort who's name starts with an F that appears infront of my runabout who's name starts with an E.

    OK it's strange my ship's name started with 'Q', but my shuttle's name 'S'.
    Didn't work

    I got a new shuttle, named it starting with 'Z' now it does work.
