Ship-based Tailor Ship - The "Elim Garak Shuttle"

We don't a ship-based tailor. How about we change that?

The "Elim Garak Shuttle" sounds like a GREAT opportunity for PROFIT. Oops, wrong species; I meant ESPIONAGE!
Proposals for using in-game features to improve: (1) the "Phaser Lance" (and other underrepresented/missing "big guns"); && (2) separation systems on all ships that have them; && (3) training boffs in captain only powers by using boffs as pack-mules; OR to add functionality like: (4) "Away Teams Of Space Ships";

    Surely you mean a great opportunity to spread fashion across the galaxy.
    Why would a simple tailor be interested in espionage?
