Coming soon to a PvP Arena near you, Tac/Escort lulz tanking!

Just combine:
  • Omega Tier 4 Rep for extra passive shield healing
  • Romulan Tier 4 Rep for free Placates on your Crits
  • Zero Point console, Rom Tier 2 Rep, Borg console, Tachyokinetic Converter, Rom BOffs, CrtH mods, and skills for absurb Crit chances
  • Tac traits that reduce enemy Acc upon your Crits
  • (Adapted) KHG shields for extra -Acc
  • Warp Cores that tie Weapon Power to Engines for additional +Def

What do you get? An insane Crit machine that has overly high survivability thanks to the ability to neuter enemy Acc while getting potent heals/defense from passives.

And when the going gets tough, don't forget to pop your GDF for a resistance boost in addition to making those strings of Crits even deadlier.

Did I miss anything?

    This would actually be a pretty good trait for an engineer, but on a Tac it sounds terribly overpowered. Also, I see the return of CSV. Any word on whether this can stack from multiple players?

    CSV is just what I was thinking.

    Elite Fleet Disruptors to spread the -ShieldRes love, to go along with quite boostable -DmgRes proc that can be buffed with +Dmg buffs on yourself.

    I was actually thinking about FAW spam with that accuracy debuff.

    the lulz happened as soon as everyone got to tier 4 rep, and unlocked elite shields

    Completely wrong and yet again its going this way, Im just bored at the moment with everyone being almost impossible to kill. Traits that add debuffs to other players accuracy, do they stack from multiple sources I wouldn't be surprised if they did I know they need to add new stuff to the game but they add too game changing things.

    Game currently is quite horrible in pvp and they add more stuff it becomes so hard to figure everything out for new players and old.

    I read the tribble changes.

    Updated Go Down Fighting:
    This now requires you to be below 50% hull before activating.
    While Go Down Fighting is active, all of your outgoing attacks now have a chance to increase your Resistance to all damage by 5%.


    And this change is, really beyond me why make it so we can only use our abilitys with a requirement like this?

    Maybe they want to change pvp procedure. I'm kinda thinking in my head it goes like this:

    healer: ok ready?
    tac: target is herpie derp
    tac: going in....
    tac: below 50, alphas out popping gdf
    healer: got you covered tac
    collective: lol, next target
    24 Hours a day, 365 days a week.

    lol as if anybody in the systems team had any kind of pvp procedure. Remember, pvp is about 14 year olds going at each other, while gecko is shooting turrets.

    Also, when I was on tribble, GDF persisted through death. So if you died, it's cool.. your GDF is still up and running for what ever time is remaining. :D

    Crippling I think..... anyway, yeah. With the whole broad spectrum of availible (though grind) buffs , tweaks and other bits that exist, I can see a nasty Crit build beng amde easy.

    I imagine a whole slew of new-ish build ideas will arise soon. Drain, Shield tanking, Hull tanking, Hull+GDF+Hres tanking for damage output, etc.
    Power cycling and A2B builds will also benefit from the Tribble stuff incomming as well.

    It will be an exciting time (dont I look excited?). I just hope it can be balanced well after Tribble after all the speciality builds hit holodeck and players start "those" threads in response to being surprised by diligence of design*
