Targs look like wild to me.
Domesticated pigs only look the way they do because they are domesticated.
First wife's famy would hunt them with pitbulls and heavy game rifles. It was a blast and tasted great but those big boys are mean mean mean.
They do look like wild boars, but they don't really act like it. If they acted like wild boars the klingons would probably have to kill them on sight...

Yes and no. They do act domesticated when in ownership to someone in the IP (being klingons most likely be domesticated by use force) though the Targs evidently never lose thier wild look as earth based pigs will do in domestication.

In the wild Targs are hunted for sport and can, depending on size and ferocity, considered very dangerous quarry but a decent meat source.

I am feeling faint now! I still can't believe it.

This first contact day - Feds get the little pet if they don't yet have it and the KDF gets an Awesome Bat'leth!

    Yeah!!

It's still hard to believe - have to wait for the weekend.

    Thanks Cryptic!

    ANOTHER Bat'leth ?

    How's that useful ?

It's more usefull that a pet that follows you around in sector space - that fad went out a long time ago.

Duranium is often talked about in a weightier fashion.

    .

Citations. Otherwise the only person saying it in a weightier fashion is...well...you.

To start the bat'leth and the lirpa are not exactly my choice of ground weapons, the falchion is and anyone that used both can figure out why.

Second, awesome? were are exactly the stats before you can say its awesome? have I missed anything besides once again people jumping the gun and assuming things?

Yes, feds get the Phoenix pet ... like last year and KDf gets a bat'leth that didnt happened last year but I already have the shard bat'leth and can get as many of those as I want so excuse me as I really dont see the big deal out of this or KDF players finally cracked and are now in the Katrix?

    Well, hello, Captain Sunshine.

Klingon players in sto are not honorable warriors. They are whiny cry babies!

Klingon "Mom the Human got more cake then I did!"

Klingon's Mother "but my son the cake is still in the oven."
