Jem'hadar Dreadnought - Command Interface or Phaser Relay?

So, to make a long story - I have a Jem'hadar Dreadnought Carrier now; and I'm enjoying it a great deal. That said I'm starting to question the utility of the Dominion Command Interface.. I'm thinking I may well get more use out of a fourth Phaser Relay.

What do the forums think? Command Interface or Phaser Relay?

    4th Phaser Relay,I own both consoles,and well currently they are sitting on my bug collecting dust.

    I use it in mine. Its a very good debuff and if you've got the other console then it adds to the buff from it. With the both of them I can up my and my pets dps.
