Andoria and Tellar Prime Asylum assignments, where are they?

I have quite a few Tellarite and Andorian refugees on my ship, but I haven't been able to find these asylum missions. The Tellar Prime one appears in the Regulus Block, correct? And the Asylum on Andoria one appears on Andoria. I've been to both places over several sector updates over the last few days and not seen them.

No, they would not be on cooldown, since I haven't ever done them before. Someone who said he could see the Andoria one under one of his duty officer department heads invited me to his ship, but I could not see it there either, either under current or any of my duty officer department heads. Any ideas?

    I know that when I've been in the Andoria system as well as on the surface, I got the assignment to show up by going to my department heads tab and clicking on the head of operations to find assignments for me.

    It should work similarly with Tellar Prime, but I've never looked for it (I send those ugly little pigs to work on my fleet's starbase) and I haven't gotten the Andorian one to show up in sector space.

    If he had it on his DH, you should have checked his Ops officer, not yours. In one of the engineering labs.

    Other than that: Tellarite asylum appears in Sirius, not very often. (Both current map and/or DH)

    Andorian asylum appears in Andoria space, ground and probably Sirius as well. (All current maps and/or DH)
    TOIVA, Toi Vaxx, Toia Vix, Toveg, T'vritha, To Vrax: Bring in the Allegiance class.
    Toi'Va, Ti'vath, Toivia, Ty'Vris, Tia Vex, Toi'Virth: Add Tier 6 KDF Carrier and Raider.
    Tae'Va, T'Vaya, To'Var, Tevra, T'Vira, To'Vrak: Give us Asylums for Romulans.

    Don't make ARC mandatory! Keep it optional only!

    I mostly find Tellarite and Andorian asylums on Sirius sector block.

    Andorian asylum you can get in Sirius sector space, in orbit over Andoria, or on the surface of Andoria. Tellarites are only in Sirius sector space. They're stubborn to be rid of too.

    How'd you get to Tellar Prime since it is not even on the map?

    With Andoria do you mean it can be in one of those three places. Or it would be in all them at once during a sector update?

    I find these assignments mostly in Sirius sector block under "Current Sector", i also always look under Department heads Operation.

    It has a chance to spawn in one, some, all or none of these 3 (6 when including the Dpt.-head) locations. The chance of having the assignment spawn in one location is completly independent of it spawning in another.

    Tellarite seems to be more rare than the Andorian one. I usually dump Tellarite refugees on any assignment where they get at least one positive or at least no negative traits (e.g. most tellarites have "stubborn" and "FF" which are alright for asylums on Earth, Vulcan, Andoria or Bajor as well)

    Afaik you can get those from the doff downgrinder, doffpacks and the academy civilian recruitment, but not from the "Support [Cluster]" missions.

    Also you can find them occasionally on the exchange. (3-4/week for me)
